Back in the late 80’s Eureka was alive with music. Much like today, local songwriters and performing artists made their mark.
One such group was Razz A Ma Tazz staring Jeannie Jones, Lewis Routh and Shane Ray. They played what is now Chelsea’s, but in the day it was owned by Martha Brown and was a chrome, mirror and ebony kind of place..complete with a grand piano. Great music flowed with exquisite martinis.
Anybody that knew Lew, knew he was famous for his 3 minute rendition of the entire story of The Wizard of Oz.
For a bit of nostalgia and a tribute to some very talented people, please enjoy the music of Razz A Ma Tazz.
Thank you Jeannie, Lew, and Shane!
